Terms of use
By using tik.observer you agree to these terms.
Last updated: October 15, 2026
The service
tik.observer shows public TikTok content: profiles, videos, stories, comments and lists that TikTok makes public. It does not give access to private accounts or anything their owners have hidden. The service is free.
Using it
- Use tik.observer for personal purposes and in line with the law where you live.
- Don't use it to harass, stalk or harm anyone.
- Don't use bots, scripts or other automated tools to collect data, and don't try to get around the security check or request limits.
Content and downloads
All videos, sounds, pictures and texts belong to their creators. tik.observer doesn't host them: it shows what TikTok makes public. If you download something, it is for your personal use. Ask the creator before you publish or reuse their content.
Copyright
If you believe content shown on tik.observer infringes your copyright, write to [email protected] with "Copyright" in the subject and include:
- the work you own, and the tik.observer or TikTok link where it appears;
- your name and contact details;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law;
- a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
- your signature (a typed full name is enough).
We will stop showing the content on tik.observer. To remove it from TikTok itself, report it to TikTok.
No affiliation
tik.observer is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok is a trademark of its owner and is mentioned only to describe what the service works with.
No guarantees
The service is provided as it is. TikTok can change what it makes public at any time, so a feature may stop working or show incomplete data. We are not liable for any loss from using the service or from being unable to use it.
