TikTok Repost Viewer

See the videos any public account has reposted, without an account.

Public accounts only. Private profiles stay private.

To see someone's reposts on TikTok, enter their username on tik.observer and open the Reposts tab. tik.observer is a free anonymous TikTok viewer: it lists every video the account shared from other creators, shows who made each one, and the account is not notified.

How do I see someone's reposts on TikTok?

  1. Copy the username from TikTok, with or without the @. A link to the profile works too.
  2. Paste it into the box above and press View. A quick security check may appear first.
  3. The Reposts tab opens. Tap any video to play it full screen.

What you see for each repost

  • The reposted video or photo post, full screen with its sound
  • The original creator, so you know whose video it is
  • Its views, likes, comments and shares
  • The comments under the video, with replies
  • Buttons to save the video and its sound

How reposts work on TikTok

A repost shares someone else's video with your own followers. In the For You feed it looks like a normal video, with a label and the profile photo of the person who reposted it. Everything an account has reposted is collected on its profile, in the Reposts tab.

On a public account the Reposts tab is visible to anyone, together with any text added to a repost. On a private account only its followers can see the reposts. When someone removes a repost, it disappears from the tab along with the replies to it.

Why don't I see any reposts?

  • The account hasn't reposted anything. Many people never use reposts at all.
  • The account is private. Reposts of a private account are for its followers only.
  • The reposts were removed. A removed repost disappears from the tab right away.
  • The original video is gone. If the creator deletes the video or makes it private, the repost can't be played either.

Questions

Will they know I looked at their reposts?

No. Opening the Reposts tab sends no notification, and tik.observer doesn't use a TikTok account, so the visit can't appear in their profile view history either.

Why is the Reposts tab empty?

The account hasn't reposted anything, it is private, or its reposts were removed.

How is a repost different from the original video?

It is the same video. A repost only shares it with the reposter's followers. The views, likes and comments belong to the original video.

Can I see everyone who reposted a video?

No. TikTok shows reposts by account, in each account's Reposts tab. There is no public list of everyone who reposted one video.

Can I download a reposted video?

Yes. Each repost opens in the player with buttons to save the video and its sound.

Can I see reposts of a private account?

No. They are for that account's followers only, and tik.observer shows public content only.

Do I need a TikTok account?

No. There is no sign-up and no app. Type a username or paste a link, and it opens in your browser.
