TikTok Following Viewer
See whom any public account follows, without a TikTok account.
Public accounts only. Private profiles stay private.
Type the TikTok username on tik.observer and the Following tab shows every account that person follows, as long as the profile is public. tik.observer is a free anonymous TikTok viewer: no TikTok account is used, and the person gets no notification.

Who can see a following list
TikTok treats the following list like the followers list: on a public account it is public, on a private account it is only for approved followers. The website usually asks you to log in before it opens the list. tik.observer opens it for public accounts without an account.
Why is the list empty?
- The account is private. Its following list is for approved followers only.
- The account limits who sees the list. TikTok lets accounts restrict it in privacy settings.
- It follows nobody. Some brand and celebrity accounts follow very few people, or none.
What can a following list tell you?
Followers choose an account; the following list is the account's own choice. That makes it the better list for questions about the person behind it:
- Who they work with. Creators often follow the people they make videos with, their managers and their brands.
- Similar accounts. A creator you like often follows others in the same niche, which is a quick way to find more of them.
- Whether two accounts follow each other. Open one account's following list and look for the other, then check the other way round.

Questions
Will they know I looked at who they follow?
No. Opening a following list sends nothing to its owner, and tik.observer never signs in to TikTok, so there is no visit to record.
Why is the following list empty?
The account is private, restricts its list, or doesn't follow anyone.
Can I see who a private account follows?
No. That list is only for people the owner approved.
How can I tell if two TikTok accounts follow each other?
Open the following list of one account and look for the other, then do the same the other way round. If each is on the other's list, they follow each other.
Can I find similar accounts this way?
Yes. Open the following list of a creator you like: creators often follow others who make the same kind of videos.
Do I need a TikTok account?
No. There is no sign-up and no app. Type a username or paste a link, and it opens in your browser.
Is it free?
Yes. Every tool on tik.observer is free, with no limits for normal use.
